Greetings Family and Friends!
As most of you may or may not know I dropped out of college in 1988 to start a business and at that time I was more interested in working than going to school. I was blessed with steady growth which evolved my company into two successful businesses since 1988. In 2000, I decided to go back to school to finish my undergraduate degree and on August 13th, 2004, I graduated from Texas A&M University. These 4 years have been a challenge with working over 65 hrs a week while taking classes whenever possible.

As if this was not amazing enough, I decided to keep my degree quest a secret from my Mom and Dad and everyone outside Texas so that I could keep the secret safe until the great event. On August 12th, 2004 I had my parents flown out to Texas under false pretenses. They were told that I was to win an award and that they were being flown out to surprise me when they arrived.

Needless to say, when they realized the surprise was actually for them it was an incredibly emotional experience.  My Texas family held a party with over 100 friends and faculty the following day. There is just nothing better in this world than family..

I have updated this web site with information, pictures, and video clips from this event. The local TV station was at the commencement ceremony and interviewed my parents and me for the 10’oclock news.

Some of you already know this and others were in the dark for the sake of the surprise.  I am now happy to be able to share this with you.. AND most importantly I thank you for being there for me to make this "mission possible".
